Loft Haul

Going into summer, I am always looking for good options for light weight shorts, shirts, and dresses. The good news is, Loft has us covered! If you missed my post on Loft dress options a few weeks ago, you can find it here! Loft is my go to for all things workwear, but they have some super cute summer time options that aren’t as dressy that I am loving!

First up, I have two great summertime work dress options for you! The first, almost feels like a t-shirt dress it is so comfy! It runs TTS and is 40% off right now when you enter code “YESSS” at checkout, making it under $50!

Moving on to shorts! I found several fabulous options. All of them are sooo soft, and none of them are too tight (can I get a hallelujah??). The first pair is this pull on tie front short that are MODAL. I live for tencel and modal. Our bedding is all tencel/modal and I am loving that they are starting to make clothes out of it, the softest material ever! This tee is Lou and Grey and is also buttery soft. All of my Lou and Grey stuff lasts forever and gets softer every time I wash it, win-win! These shorts are $49.50 and come in 7 colors. My tee is also $49.50, and comes in 2 colors. Another great option for shorts - these “denim” shorts. They are a little longer, and wider around the thighs (my dream short). The denim feels super broken in and these are so soft and not rigid at all. These come in 7 colors and run a little big. I normally am a 4 in shorts, and as you can see in these photos, they are a little big on me. I am getting mine exchanged for a size down! These shorts are $54.50, but are bound to go on sale soon!

Next up, are these washed twill shorts. Again, so soft, longer, and wider around the thighs. I couldn’t tell a massive difference between this pair and the ones above! Honestly, I think it comes down to a preference in color options. These twill pants are a little stiffer than the denim ones, but still very comfy! These shorts run a little big as well - I would recommend sizing down if between sizes. These come in 8 colors and cost $49.50, but again I’m sure will go on sale or have a discount code soon, so keep an eye out!

The last pair of shorts I ordered were these Lou and Grey Linen shorts. These are super comfy. I don’t know if it’s just me, but something about these not having a button or zipper on the front kind of threw me off! These are easy throw and go shorts, which are a win for me! These come in 4 colors and are $59.50. These run TTS. If between sizes, I would size down.

Last pair of bottoms! These are once again, Lou and Grey aka super soft and will last forever. These are really great beach pants! Light weight, and breezy. These come in four colors, and are $79.50. Lou and Grey gets put on sale all the time, though - so keep your eyes out for a discount code!

Last but not least, we have this brushstroke tank. If you read my loft dress post at the beginning of spring, this may look familiar. That’s because it came in dress form! Now it is in a tank, and perfect to pair with a white culottes pant and heels for work, or with white shorts for a more casual look! This fits TTS and is on clearance!
